COVID-19

Dear Valued Partners,

We are all experiencing a global crisis none of us have previously endured. Teledyne ISCO is committed to standby our partners and customers to ensure that all essential services are fully maintained and operational. We also ask for your assistance to advise us of any specific issues you believe need to be prioritized so we may adapt as necessary to be even more responsive.


Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, Teledyne ISCO will maintain staffing levels necessary to effectively handle the volume of sales and normal lead times. We are working closely with our global suppliers to ensure our supply chain is equipped to support our delivery demands. We will keep you advised of any expected delivery difficulties should they arise, but, at this time, we see no so issues in the coming weeks.

Dear Customers, Suppliers and other key Teledyne SSI partners,

As of today, March 20, Teledyne SSI continues to operate at normal levels.  

We continue to focus on the health and safety of our Teledyne SSI employees. We continue to expand the number of employees working from home and have discontinued all travel. We have also expanded our efforts at our facility related to keeping the facility clean and have limited meetings with a focus on using virtual meetings to the greatest extent possible. 

As for receiving, production, shipping and fulfilling orders to our customers, we are doing our best to address the impact of delayed and reduced supplier deliveries. We are currently addressing the impact of the last two days of announcements by several countries and USA states ordering non-essential businesses to shut down and are reaching out to suppliers and customers impacted by these governmental shutdowns. The state of Pennsylvania announced late yesterday the closure of many businesses. As our business supports customers in the medical field, we are remaining open to support our customers in providing goods & services necessary for them to also remain in business.  We will continue to communicate on the impact of COVID-19 and our efforts to mitigate its impact as conditions warrant.

We want to assure you that Teledyne SSI is continuously monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and have implemented a plan to ensure the safety and health of our employees, customers, representatives and distributors – while still providing on-time deliveries, customer service and repairs.

To date, we have had no major disruption to our supply chain or manufacturing schedule. And we want to assure you that we are evaluating our practices and procedures and will make the proper adjustments to overcome any problem that arises.

If conditions do worsen, or if additional action is determined to be ‘in the interest of public health,’ Teledyne SSI will take the appropriate action and inform all employees, customers, representatives and distributors of any changes to their schedules, orders or responsibilities. As updates become necessary they will be posted on th​is page.

We want to thank you for your understanding and patience during this evolving situation and know that Teledyne SSI’s top priority remains the safety and well being of our employees, customers, representatives and distributors.
